The memories I created and the lessons I learned during my time in London in the Fall of 2023 will forever have a lasting impression on me. The exposure to different cultures, the vibrant city life, and the professional experiences have shaped me into a more well-rounded and confident individual.
When I returned to the United States, I brought back not just souvenirs but a newfound sense of independence and a broader perspective on life. The challenges I faced abroad taught me resilience, and the successes I achieved fueled my belief in the importance of stepping out of my comfort zone. In addition, I made friendships with individuals from all over the U.S. and the U.K. that I know will last forever.
Looking ahead, I am excited to apply the skills and insights gained during my time abroad to my academic and professional journeys. London will always hold a special place in my growth as a person, and I am grateful for the support of the AIFS program and Global Fairfield in making this dream a reality.
